Wellness

Wellness begins with connection.

Wellness begins with connection... with ourselves, our community and the environment around us

Our bathing oasis allows you to tap into wellness in various ways, beginning with the simple act of experiencing natural hot springs while immersed in nature.

The science of bathing

Balneology is the scientific study of the therapeutic benefits of naturally occurring mineral waters. Studies affirm that the minerals and stimulating effect of hot springs promote health and wellness.

Benefits of bathing

For thousands of years, bathing in hot springs or mineral waters has been practised for rehabilitation, detoxification and preventative health. Geothermal mineral bathing can improve sleep, encourage social connectivity, reduce arthritic symptoms, ease muscle tension, promote healthy skin and bolster mental health, among other benefits.

Hot and cold therapy

Like bathing, hot and cold (or 'contrast') therapy has been practised for millennia. Shifting between hot and cold temperatures can improve cardiovascular health, reduce inflammation and boost energy. Guests can practise contrast therapy by alternating between our hot pools, cold plunge pool, sauna, steam room and showers.

Our body clay ritual

3

Afterwards, you can allow your clay to dry before rigorously rubbing the clay from your skin for an exfoliating and circulation-boosting effect, finishing with a cleansing outdoor shower.

4

This experience is perfect for larger groups, couples or singles looking to enjoy a simple and universal connection with nature.
